How do I add a new city?

Click the 'Add City' button or the plus icon, then type the name of the city or country you wish to track. Select it from the dropdown list to add it to your dashboard.

Does it support 24-hour format?

Yes. You can toggle between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour formats in the settings menu, and this preference applies to all world clocks.
